The DF 500 RQ is the replacement for the incredibly popular DF 500 R. However, instead of doing away with key features, they have enhanced them. The DF 500 R includes an improved guide frame with clear markings, quick-release lever and sturdy double-column guide.
For accurate positioning, there are four stop pins (that can be popped in and folded away), saving you the hassle of measuring or marking.
This sleek machine combines the precision of a round dowel with the flexibility of a flat one, delivering invisible, rock-solid connections between panels, frames, drawers - basically anything you build.
What sets it apart? First, the patented pendulum-cutting motion: instead of just spinning, the cutter swings and rotates, slicing clean mortises with no scorch marks or kickbacks, and a longer tool life to boot.

Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements has been agreed. Returns
- If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resalable and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.
Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
